§1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "User," "you") and a39jl ("the Platform," "the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the a39jl website located at https://a39jl.net and all related services, games, features, and content made available therein (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the a39jl platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the a39jl Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the platform from time to time. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the a39jl platform and close your account if one has been created.

Your continued use of the a39jl platform following any update or modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

§2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to and use of the a39jl platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling activities in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee or contractor of a39jl or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not have a self-exclusion currently in effect on your account or on any previous a39jl account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

a39jl reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Any account found to be in violation of age or eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended, and any winnings generated through such an account may be voided and withheld in their entirety.

2.1 Philippines-Specific Compliance

a39jl operates with reference to the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. Players accessing a39jl from within the Philippines represent and warrant that they are doing so in compliance with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. a39jl does not accept liability for any player's failure to comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

§3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on a39jl, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and to the maintenance of your account:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on a39jl at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, a39jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bonuses, and withhold any withdrawal requests pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if any details change. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and linked payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

a39jl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required at any time to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by a39jl may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or gaming privileges until verification is completed.

§4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your a39jl login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or a39jl support staff.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify a39jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

a39jl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from a39jl and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. a39jl accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

§5 Deposits and Payments

a39jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each method:

• GCash mobile wallet
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• GrabPay
• QR Ph
• BPI online banking
• BDO online banking
• InstaPay bank transfer
• PesoNet bank transfer

5.1 Currency

All transactions on a39jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by a39jl.

5.2 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited to a39jl are from legitimate sources and belong to you. a39jl does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal activity. Deposits that are identified as potentially originating from fraudulent or unlawful sources may be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

§6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on a39jl are subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Verification Requirement

All withdrawals are processed only to fully verified accounts. a39jl reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of whether prior verification has been completed. This is a standard risk management and anti-money laundering procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. a39jl reserves the right to route withdrawals to alternative verified payment methods at its discretion. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not associated with the registered account holder are not permitted.

6.3 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times on a39jl are as follows, subject to successful completion of KYC verification:

• GCash and Maya: typically within 15 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours.
• BPI, BDO, and other bank transfers: typically 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• InstaPay and PesoNet: subject to the processing windows of the respective interbank networks.

a39jl does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by payment providers, banking system outages, or circumstances beyond its control.

§7 Bonuses and Promotions

a39jl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within each individual promotion:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your a39jl account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money gameplay and not through bonus funds credited from another concurrent promotion.

7.2 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Live dealer baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute at a lower rate than slot machines. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms. Keno, bingo, and mines game contributions may vary by promotion. Wagering on restricted games may not count toward rollover requirements at all.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

a39jl employs monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, systematic exploitation of reload bonus cycles, and coordinated multi-account bonus accumulation. Where bonus abuse is identified, a39jl reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom without prior notice.

7.4 Promotional Validity

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. a39jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

§8 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on a39jl — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, keno, mines, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay matters.

8.1 Random Number Generation

All electronic random-outcome games on a39jl utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that each game outcome is statistically independent, unbiased, and not influenced by prior results, player identity, wager size, or any external factor. a39jl's RNG systems are subject to periodic independent testing and certification.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, disconnection, or other technical failure during gameplay, a39jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the player's account balance. No winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will be honored. a39jl will not be liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience resulting from game malfunctions or technical errors.

§9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a39jl platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the a39jl platform, including games, customer support, or the account management system.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game offered on a39jl.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime, as defined under Philippine law including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act).
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt a39jl's servers, networks, security systems, or database infrastructure.
• Impersonating another player, a39jl staff member, or any other person in connection with the use of this platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your a39jl account or account credentials to any third party.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or matched betting designed systematically to exploit promotional offers.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable. a39jl cooperates fully with all legitimate law enforcement and regulatory investigations.

§10 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, graphics, logos, game assets, software, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the a39jl platform are the exclusive property of a39jl or its licensors and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the a39jl platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content or materials from the a39jl platform without the prior written consent of a39jl.

§11 Privacy and Data

a39jl is committed to protecting the personal data of its players in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the a39jl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on a39jl, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with anti-money laundering obligations, and, where you have opted in, direct marketing communications.

§12 Responsible Gaming

a39jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, sustainable gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care toward those players seriously.

12.1 Available Tools

All registered a39jl players have access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous gameplay.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying your session duration and net win/loss.
• Self-Exclusion: Immediately suspend access to your account for a specified or indefinite period. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request with no cooling-off period.
• Account Closure: Permanently close your a39jl account at any time by contacting our support team.

12.2 Age Restriction Enforcement

a39jl strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Any player who is found to be under the age of 21 will have their account suspended immediately. §13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, a39jl, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the a39jl platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or business opportunities.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access or technical failure.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond a39jl's control.
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from independently certified RNG processes.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, BPI, or BDO.

The a39jl platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. a39jl does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

§14 Suspension and Termination

a39jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a court-ordered exclusion directive.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 21.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures.

Upon termination of your account for any reason, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to a39jl.

§15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the a39jl platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

§16 Amendments to These Terms

a39jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a39jl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
